According to Technavio, the global chatbot market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 35%, reaching $3.17 billion (KRW 3.55 trillion) in 2021. In fact, various companies in the financial sector, such as banks, insurance, credit cards, and securities, as well as telecommunications and service companies, are competing to introduce chatbots. This company is a startup that developed a customer consultation messenger tool called Channel Talk in 2017. In Channel Talk, customers and companies can have direct conversations. Channel Talk is not just a chatbot. Organically goes back and forth between chatbots and messengers.

Based on these advantages, the company attracted 2.5 billion won worth of investment from KB Investment and Laguna Investment in April this year. The cumulative investment amount is 9.3 billion won. Any company employee, not just the CS department, can communicate with customers. Inside Joy Corporation, Channel Talk is used as a communication tool. Through Channel Talk, companies can find out how many times customers have visited our site and when they visited.
